PCB magazine series 600 / 700 / 800

PCB magazine series 600 / 700 / 800

PCB Magazine for automatic
assembly lines

Figure series 700

Version conductive = electrostatically volume conductive
In compliance with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1

The most important features:

  • Heat resistance of polystyrene (PS) partitions up to 60°C / 50°C (insertions/environment)
  • Heat resistance of plastic partitions up to 130°C / 100°C (insertions/environment) series 600 and 130°C / 80°C (insertions/environment) series 700 / 800
  • Precise and quick setting on the PCB width (700 series)
  • Captive transport lock to protect the PCBs
  • Sequential numbers on the PCB guides facilitate the manual insertion
  • Stackable
  • Largest variety, measure compatible to existing systems
  • Reversible for PCBs equipped on both sides

Adjustment to the PCB width series 700

The PCB is held between the PCB guides.  By pulling the toothed belt you adjust the spacing of the sidewall. The fine adjustment is made with the deflection pulley.  Only one knurled screw clamps the toothed belt and secures the movable sidewall.

Safe guidance

The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs.  The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.

Transport lock

For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall.

The helical guide allows the  safety bar to fall automatically into the locking position due to its own weight. For opening the transport lock the bar is moved outward until it clicks.

Stackable

There are four knobs at the top of the Magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.

Reversible

By the vertical symmetry the magazines can be placed upside down for handling PCB equipped on both sides. The standing knobs can be removed for this purpose.

Many standard types

The PCB magazines are available in various standard sizes. The different types correspond to the commonly used Magazine sizes on the market.

Partly assembled

The Magazine is delivered as a set consisting of a set of baseplates and a set of partitions. The final assembly is done by the customer.

Assembled

The Magazine is supplied in assembled condition.
