PCB magazine series 600 / 700 / 800
PCB Magazine for automatic
assembly lines
assembly lines
Version conductive = electrostatically volume conductive
In compliance with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
The most important features:
- Heat resistance of polystyrene (PS) partitions up to 60°C / 50°C (insertions/environment)
- Heat resistance of plastic partitions up to 130°C / 100°C (insertions/environment) series 600 and 130°C / 80°C (insertions/environment) series 700 / 800
- Precise and quick setting on the PCB width (700 series)
- Captive transport lock to protect the PCBs
- Sequential numbers on the PCB guides facilitate the manual insertion
- Stackable
- Largest variety, measure compatible to existing systems
- Reversible for PCBs equipped on both sides
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the Magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
Many standard types
The PCB magazines are available in various standard sizes. The different types correspond to the commonly used Magazine sizes on the market.
