Workstation mat ESD-dry ergolastec type I

The ergolastec® workplace mat ESD-dry Type I is specifically designed for use in electronics and microelectronics workplaces to meet the specific requirements of these sensitive environments. With a length of 1242 mm and a width of 948 mm, it provides ample surface area, while the thickness of 16 mm and the beveled outer edges minimize the risk of tripping and allow for easy handling.
The mat is made from a new rubber blend (SBR), making it nearly odorless and suitable for enclosed spaces. It can withstand weights up to 200 kg and temperatures from -35°C to +95°C. The surface resistance of 10^7 Ω ensures compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 ESD, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
Thanks to the puzzle technique on one longitudinal and two lateral sides, the mat can be flexibly expanded and laid without fixation on the ground. This simplifies adaptation to individual workplace dimensions and allows for easy and quick installation. The high stability and lying capability of the mat also support the use of transport equipment without any impairment.
Produced by ergolastec, this workplace mat combines functionality with safety and comfort, ideal for highly sensitive production environments.
