Flooring type MEGA 2.0 rolls

The flooring type MEGA 2.0 made from synthetic rubber is an electrostatically dissipative roll material, specifically designed for technical applications where ESD protection is required. This two-layer composite flooring comes in a dark gray granulate design appearance. It is fixed using double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape, which simplifies the installation and makes it flexible.
The roll material measures 1.45 meters in width and 10 meters in length, covering a total area of 14.5 m². With a material thickness of 2.0 mm and a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A, the flooring is suitable for use on flat, hard surfaces with chair casters and is robust against mechanical stresses. The typical resistance is 10^9 Ω, meeting the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offering excellent protection against electrostatic discharges. Additionally, the flooring meets the insulation resistance according to DIN VDE 0100 T410, highlighting its reliability and safety.

Electrostatically dissipative floor covering (two-layer composite covering) made of synthetic rubber with conductive backing

Material thickness:

  • 3.5 mm: for loose laying without gluing, self-adhesive, suitable for chair castors
  • 2.0 mm: for flat, hard subfloors, must be fixed or glued down with double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape
