NEWBOX Euro containers are designed for use with electronic components and, depending on the model, are made of volume-conductive or permanently electrostatic dissipative plastic. The NEWBOX Black model is made of electrostatically volume-conductive polypropylene, while the NEWBOX IDP model uses a permanently dissipative inherently dissipative polymer (IDP).
Both versions reliably reduce the accumulation of electrostatic charge, thereby minimizing the risk of uncontrolled discharges that can damage electronic components. The stackable, dimensionally stable containers also offer protection against mechanical damage, contamination, and moisture.
NEWBOX ESD containers meet the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and can be used flexibly both inside and outside electrostatic protection areas (EPA).
