WIM 47 Ionizer Monitor

The WIM 47 Ionizer Monitor is a compact monitoring device designed specifically for fully automatic control of ionization at ESD workstations or in machines. This device continuously measures the positive and negative discharge time as well as the OFFSET voltage. Deviations trigger alarms both acoustically and visually. Additionally, the monitor offers the option to switch off the connected ionizing device in case of malfunctions or to forward the alarm to a higher-level control via a switching output. This function is supported by the optional Switch Box, which regulates the power supply of the ionizing device through a relay contact.
The dimensions of the monitor are 70 mm in width and length, and 85 mm in height, with a weight of 300 g. Included in the package are the Ionizer Monitor WIM 47, a plug-in power supply with interchangeable adapters for the EU and USA, a grounding cable, and a quick start guide that facilitates the initial use of the device. This highly functional monitoring instrument is essential for ensuring work quality in sensitive electronic manufacturing environments.

WIM 47 Ionizer Monitor

WIM 47 is a handy monitoring device to monitor fully automatically the ionization at an ESD workstation or in machines.
The positive and negative discharge time as well as the offset voltage are permanently monitored. In case of alarm there is an acoustic and optical signal.
A switch output will shut off the ionizer in case of failure (e.g. via the Switch Box 7100.WIM47.SB) or give an alarm signal to a superordinate control.
