Embroidered emblem
An embroidered emblem is an embroidered design on a separate piece of fabric (e.g. twill), which is then applied to the textile. This method is particularly suitable for complex designs or when the embroidery cannot be done directly on the material.
Transfer printing with background
In transfer printing with background, a motif is printed on a transfer film and then transferred to the textile using heat. The print has a visible background, e.g. a rectangle or the shape of the transfer foil. Often used for colorful or complex designs.
Direct embroidery
Direct embroidery is characterized by its robustness and durability. It is particularly recommended for simple lettering and logos and is very suitable for solid fabrics. The tactile quality of the embroidery allows the motifs to be felt directly. Particularly suitable for textiles such as T-shirts, jackets, caps or polo shirts.
Transfer printing with a transparent background
Here, the motif is also printed on a transfer film, but the background remains transparent. Only the motif itself is transferred, without a visible background. Particularly suitable for achieving a “free-floating” design without borders.
Flock
Flock is a refinement technique in which fibers (so-called flock) are applied to a textile using an adhesive. The result is a slightly raised surface with a matt look. Flock printing is often used for logos, lettering or designs and is particularly durable and color-intensive.
