The orION ionizing air gun and its variant with the Sidekick freehand stand are advanced static control tools used for precision cleaning and neutralization of electrostatic charges. These devices are often used in industries where high precision and contamination-free environments are required, such as semiconductor manufacturing and medical device production.


Two versions:

orION

Ionizer with freely mountable compressed air nozzle, for external control (e.g. via machine control, proximity switch, etc.)

orION with sidekick (foot switch)

Ionizer with flexible “gooseneck” and foot switch

High blow-off power: Efficiently removes particles and neutralizes static charges with powerful air jets.

Fast discharge time: Charges are neutralized in less than 2 seconds at 15 cm and 2 bar, which improves operating efficiency.

Replaceable filter: includes a 0.01 micron particle filter on the nozzle, ensuring the supply of clean air for sensitive components.

Self-balancing offset voltage: maintains ionization balance within ±15 volts.

Versatility: Operates with clean dry air (CDA), nitrogen or CO2. Supports adjustable air pressure up to 6.8 bar to meet different cleaning requirements.

Ease of use: Offers remote control and balance adjustments for optimal performance. Sidekick option allows hands-free operation and improves ease of use for repetitive or fixed tasks.

Durability: The powder-coated steel housing ensures a long service life.
