Electric screwdrivers with current cut-off (CC series)

Kilews current cut-off electric screwdrivers use an intelligent system that monitors the current in the motor and controls it in proportion to the torque. As soon as the current reaches a preset value that corresponds to the desired torque, the screwdriver switches off automatically. This ensures that every screw connection is tightened with the precisely defined force.

In addition, the screwdrivers have an integrated angle control function that monitors the angle of rotation during the screwdriving process. This is particularly important for demanding applications where not only the torque but also the angle of rotation plays a decisive role.

The programming of the screwdrivers is flexible and can be carried out either via a PC or a separate control unit, allowing easy adaptation to the respective requirements.
