DC270 Dispenser

The DC270 from Vieweg is a high-precision dispensing device specifically designed for the pneumatic dispensing of media from small cartridges ranging from 3 to 80 ml. It allows for precise adjustment of material pressure via an integrated air pressure regulator and features a vacuum retention system that prevents the dripping of low-viscosity media. The dispensing duration can be set via a timer from 0.01 to 31 seconds, ensuring high repeatability.
Technically, the device is equipped with an input voltage of 85-264 V AC at a frequency of 50/60Hz and a working voltage of 24 V DC, including a foot switch. The dimensions of the DC270 are 235 x 75 x 220 mm with a weight of 1.3 kg. The air inlet pressure is 5-7 bar, while the air outlet pressure can be regulated between 0.1 and 7 bar.
Included in the delivery are a 230V AC power cord, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the air inlet, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, and a 17-piece dispensing needle assortment.
With its robust construction and easy operation, the DC270 offers a reliable solution for a variety of industrial applications.

DC270 Dispenser with time control

The dispenser DC 270 is used for the precise control of pneumatic dosing, e.g. the direct dosing of all types of media from small cartridges from 3 to 80 ml. A timer for setting a dosing time of 0.01 to 31 seconds and a vacuum retention system to prevent dripping of low-viscosity media allow exact, repeatable dosing. The material pressure can be set precisely using the built-in compressed air regulator.
