Soldering wires

Solder wire is used in electronics production to create mechanically stable and electrically conductive connections. The use of solder wires with integrated flux simplifies the soldering process as no separate flux is required. This contributes to process reliability, supports wetting and reduces the amount of rework required. High-quality solder wire enables uniform solder joints with defined quality and thus contributes to the reliability of electronic assemblies.
