DC370 Dispenser

The DC370 dosing device from Vieweg offers precise control and monitoring of the dosing process, ideal for technical use in various industrial sectors. With a digital display and the option to choose between manual and timed dosing, the device allows for flexible application. The input pressure monitoring is done via a pressure sensor with error display, while the compressed air output is adjustable between 0.1 and 7 bar.

The device supports a time range from 0.01 to 9999 seconds and can be seamlessly integrated into automated processes via an optional I/O port. Additionally, it features a cycle operation with 9 program slots and a switchable unit from bar to psi. The wide-range power supply (85-264V AC) and the operating voltage of 24 V DC increase the flexibility of use. With dimensions of 235 x 75 x 220 mm and a weight of 1.3 kg, the DC370 is compact and easy to handle.

Included in the delivery are a footswitch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the compressed air input, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, and a 134-piece dosing needle assortment. This comprehensive equipment makes the DC370 a versatile and user-friendly solution for precise dosing.

DC370 Dispenser with time control

A digital control of the input pressure and an adjustable pressure limit increase the process reliability of the DC 300. The four devices of the DC 300 series can be distinguished by the compressed air output and the optional I/O port allowing an integration of the DC 300 in automated workflows.
