The ESD cleanroom stool Bimos 1, manufactured by bimos, is specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments of air cleanliness class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This swivel stool is ideal for electrostatically protected areas, commonly found in microelectronics.
Equipped with a seat height adjustment from 48 to 65 cm, the stool allows for touch-free height adjustment through its foot release, which additionally contributes to hygiene in sensitive production environments. The conductive casters and the polished aluminum base highlight the functionality and appealing design in light gray with a black cover made of either artificial leather or Skintec.
Thanks to the integrated soft cover, the mechanics and the ring release of the stool are covered, which minimizes particle emission and simplifies cleaning. The special cleanroom casters or glides ensure suitability for cleanrooms and help maintain the required cleanliness standards.

ESD cleanroom stool Bimos

The Bimos ESD cleanroom stool complies with the strict air cleanliness class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, making a valuable contribution to safe production processes in clean environments. Its ESD suitability (ESD-compliant in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1) not only ensures component safety - for example in microelectronics - but also reduces the deposition of particles on the stool surfaces.

Softcover
The ring release and the mechanism disappear under the soft cover. This means that no particles can be released, dust does not accumulate and cleaning is simple and efficient.

Foot release (only ESD cleanroom stool 1). Height adjustment without having to use your hands: the intuitive foot release is both convenient and very hygienic.
