Dissipative air bubble bags 300 x 400 mm
The conductive air cushion bags from EPApack provide effective protection for sensitive electronic components. These bags are made from three-layer, amine-free, and recyclable polyethylene, with both the exterior and interior surfaces being smooth to ensure easy handling. With a size of 300 x 400 mm and a thickness of 0.1 mm, these pink bags are ideal for a variety of applications.
Each bag features a 50 mm flap and is sealable, which further increases the safety of the packaged products. The dissipative property is confirmed by complying with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with the surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω. The discharge time is a maximum of 2 seconds, providing quick protection against electrostatic discharges.
The packaging unit includes 250 pieces per carton. The shelf life is 3 years under the recommended storage conditions, which prescribe an ambient temperature of 10 to 25 °C and a humidity over 20%, additionally, the product should be protected from UV radiation. These bags are not resealable, which should be considered when using them.
Note on ESD Measurement:
To obtain a reliable measurement result, the resistance measurement should be performed without trapped air. Without cushioning, the necessary contact area of the electrodes on the material is provided, which delivers a precise measurement result. Measurements with air gaps can lead to deviating values.
