PU foam, soft 353x253x6 mm

This high-quality black PU foam measures 353x253x6 mm and is characterized by its soft, smooth texture. Made from polyurethane with a material density of 20 - 30 kg/cm³, it offers excellent flexibility and shape adaptation. This foam is electrostatically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for applications where electrostatic discharge must be avoided. The surface resistance is 10^5 Ω.
It is available in two versions: as nubbed foam and as smooth foam, making it versatile for use both as cushioning material and for precise plug-in applications. With an operating temperature range from -30 to 100 °C, the foam is suitable for a variety of environments.

PU foam, soft, conductive

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • open-cell
  • black

  • Surface resistance: 103 - 105 Ω
  • Material density of smooth foam: 20 - 30 kg/cm³
  • Material density of napped foam: 40 kg/cm³
  • Operating temperature: -30 - 100 ° C

  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
