EPApro® Personnel Tester 1000

The EPApro^® ESD personnel grounding control system consists of three functionally coordinated components for standard-compliant testing of the personnel grounding path in electrostatically protected areas (EPA) in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1.

The EPApro^® ESD personnel tester 1000 enables the electrical testing of grounding paths via wrist straps or ESD shoes. The measured values are documented and can be stored locally or made available via a network connection. A configurable privacy mode allows anonymized logging in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The device can be integrated into access control systems via programmable switching outputs. It is available as a desktop or wall-mounted device with a standard RFID or HID Prox-compatible reader.

The central management of measurement data, test stations and user profiles is carried out via the EPApro^® Control Server software component. This enables structured device management, GDPR-compliant data storage as well as import, export and reporting functions.

The EPApro^® ESD Manager expands the system with a high-level software solution for organizing and managing the entire ESD control program. It enables the digital mapping of testing processes, tasks, audits, and documentation. By centrally managing all relevant ESD data and offering flexibly configurable workflows, the ESD Manager supports the efficient, transparent, and audit-proof implementation of ESD protection measures.

Supplementary EPApro^® accessories extend the system with specific functional units, for example for mechanical adaptation or operational integration.
