Surface resistance meters

Surface measuring devices are a key tool for ensuring ESD compliance in electronics production. They measure the surface resistance in the range from 10³ to 10¹² ohms in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and thus enable reliable testing of materials and surfaces. The devices offer user-friendly operation, support various electrode configurations and automatically adjust the test voltage to ambient conditions such as temperature or humidity. Thanks to battery operation, they are mobile and flexible in use - ideal for quality assurance, ESD checks and process optimization in production and for on-site inspections.
