ESD plier set CLASSICline
The ESD pliers set CLASSICline from Bernstein, consisting of a tool holder VARIO and five different pliers, is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas. The pliers have been successfully tested according to the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, 61340-2-1, and 61340-2-3 to ensure safe handling in sensitive electronic work environments. The tool holder is made of robust 1.5 mm sheet steel and is coated with a conductive black powder coating. It provides space for pliers, tweezers, and screwdrivers up to a diameter of 9 mm. With practical features such as a recess for quick identification of tool tips, a locking aid for secure storage, and noses that prevent the tools from sliding down, this holder can be used both standing and hanging.
The dimensions of the holder are 190 mm in width, 80 mm in height, and 150 mm in length, with a weight of 750 g. The material of the set is made of high-quality quality steel with a mirror-polished surface. The set is ideal for precise work, with a maximum cutting capacity of 0.4 mm for hard, 1.25 mm for medium, and 1.57 mm for soft materials.
