ESD plastic tweezers, straight/flat F

The ESD plastic tweezers from Bernstein, made from Vestamid PA12 L-Polyamide, offer high precision and reliability for demanding applications in cleanrooms and when working with technical equipment. This model features a straight, flat, and wide tip with a width of 3.2 mm, which allows an optimal opening angle for precise closing of the tips. The tweezers are 120 mm long and weigh only 5 g, ensuring easy handling.
The material ensures low water absorption and remains highly impact-resistant and notch-resistant even below freezing point. It is resistant to fats, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, many solvents, as well as salt solutions and other chemicals. Additionally, the tweezers offer excellent stress crack and abrasion resistance, as well as low sliding friction in dry running against steel. Its surface is matte and smooth, non-magnetic and acid-resistant, making it particularly suitable for use in sensitive environments.
The temperature resistance up to 175°C and the ESD safety make the tweezers ideal for use in lithography, handling mirrors and optics of laser devices, or in general machinery and equipment manufacturing.

Bernstein ESD plastic tweezers

The plastic tweezers from Bernstein made of L-polyamide are ESD-safe and are suitable for working in electrostatically protected areas and clean rooms. These high-precision tweezers guarantee a precisely coordinated tip closure to hold components optimally with constant pressure. They are water-repellent, anti-magnetic, resistant to acids, highly heat-resistant and free from silicone and armin.

Polyamide is approved for working in clean rooms or on technical devices, sensors, lithography machines, mirrors and optics of laser devices or in general machine and apparatus construction.
