Small and large printed circuit boards can be separated quickly, economically, and stress-free with the MAESTRO 4X PCB separator.

Key features:

The blade distance is entered on the control panel and adjusted by motor.
Up to nine programs can be stored.
The cutting length is adjusted continuously via limit switches.
The cutting performance is displayed for preventive maintenance of the blades.

Passing over the score line once can damage sensitive components located close to the score line due to tensile and compressive stresses. Passing over the score line twice while motorically readjusting the blade spacing significantly minimizes these stresses. The quality of the assembled printed circuit boards is greatly improved.

Compared to the MAESTRO 4S, the MAESTRO 4X can process printed circuit boards with a component height of up to 76 mm.
