PCB magazines series 7000
dpvlink 32130

The PCB magazines series 7000 are the successors to the previous series 700 + 800. The width is adjusted manually on the toothed belt or motorized on the coupling..

Features:

  • A base plate that is closed except for the guide grooves to protect the PCBs: nothing can penetrate from above or below, and greater rigidity is ensured.
  • Synchronous adjustment of the partition wall: With four precision spindles and backlash-free bearings, the printed circuit board width can be adjusted quickly and accurately.
  • Securing the PCBs during transport: type B transport locks are included separately with partially assembled magazines. Types A and C can also be ordered as options.
  • Easy adjustment to the PCB width: manually by pulling on the toothed belt, fine adjustment by turning the hand wheel or motorized at the coupling (standard)
  • Fixing the width setting: The toothed belt is fixed in place by a FastLock (quick release fastener). When adjusting to the PCB width by hand, the clamping block is lifted by pressing it and locks into place. Pressing the locking lever fixes the toothed belt in place again. With motorized width adjustment, the clamping block is lifted by a tappet during the positioning process.
  • Heat resistance of polystyrene (PS) partition walls up to 60°C / 50°C (drawers/environment)
  • Heat resistance of polycarbonate (PC) partition walls up to 130°C / 80°C (drawers/environment)
  • Heat resistance of metal partition walls up to 200°C (drawers/environment)

The base plates are completely closed to protect the circuit boards. The web wall is adjusted in the same way as in the previous 800 series. The adjustment is made directly in the unloader. Once the magazine has been positioned in the unloader, a clutch is connected to the spindle gear using the servomotor.

The toothed belt is clamped manually using the Fastlock (quick-release fastener) or, in the case of automated width adjustment, by a ram in the unloader.

Transport lock

A bolt is mounted on the front and rear of the fixed partition wall. To open, it is lifted vertically. The bolt slides to the side thanks to the slanted guide.
