Double the capacity with the parallel insert for the 6000 series magazine

The parallel insert allows the capacity of the 6000 series magazine to be increased to up to 100 circuit boards per magazine. For narrow PCBs, two inserts can be used in parallel within a single magazine, enabling particularly space-saving storage and efficient transport.

The custom magazines are made of polystyrene or polycarbonate and are suitable for PCBs up to 342 or 387 mm in length (depending on the model).

Features:

A base plate that is closed except for the guide grooves to protect the PCBs: Nothing can penetrate from above or below, and greater rigidity is ensured.
Securing the PCBs during transport: Type B transport locks are included separately with partially assembled magazines. Types A and C can also be ordered as options.
Adjustment to PCB width: By loosening the four screw clamps, the partition wall can be adjusted to the desired PCB width.
Heat resistance of the polystyrene (PS) partition walls up to 60°C / 50°C (inserts/ambient)
Heat resistance of the polycarbonate (PC) partition walls up to 130°C / 80°C (inserts/ambient)
