ESD Swivel castors with bolt hole 600, load capacity 200 kg

The Blickle ESD swivel casters with back hole 600 are characterized by a load capacity of 200 kg and high durability. The housing of the LER series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring a long service life and smooth operation due to the special Blickle riveting. The wheels are equipped with a high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer tread that has a hardness of 85 Shore A and is non-marking and oil-resistant in grey color. The wheel body is made of break-resistant polypropylene in black.
Technical details include a double ball bearing in the swivel head, a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, and high chemical resistance against many aggressive media. ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 guarantees the conductivity of the wheels. Other specifications include a wheel diameter of 125 mm, an overall height of 150 mm, and a wheel width of 32 mm. The dynamic load capacity is 80 kg, while the static load capacity is 200 kg. The weight per wheel is 600 g.
These wheels are ideal for applications where robustness and ESD protection are required.
