P.C. Flex Mask, 8oz (237ml)

The P.C. Flex Mask is a highly developed protective mask for printed circuit boards, made from natural latex rubber without solvent additives. This product, with a volume of 237 ml, provides effective protection for contacts, switches, and plated-through holes against solder, fluxes, and other chemical influences during the soldering and repair process. The mask is especially suitable for protecting unpopulated areas on circuit boards during soldering and can also preserve electronic components from contact with flux and cleaning agents.
The thixotropic paste has a solid content of about 63% and has a slight ammonia smell. It is non-flammable and offers excellent temperature resistance up to 268ºC. After use, the P.C. Flex Mask can be easily removed without leaving any residues. The curing time is about 40 minutes at room temperature and 15 minutes at 60ºC. The shelf life of the unopened mask is about 6 months, making it a practical solution for technical applications.

P.C. Flex Mask is a solder mask made of latex rubber without solvent additives for protecting contacts, switches, connections, plated-through holes and other exposed areas on printed circuit boards during the soldering process. It can also be used to protect electronic components from contact with flux and cleaning agents. The mask is easy to remove afterwards and leaves no residue.
