SM15748BK Spot Mask

The solder mask SM15748BK from Weller is an innovative product, specifically designed to effectively protect connections on circuit boards during the reflow soldering process. This rubber-like material is characterized by its easy applicability and the ability to be removed without any residues after the soldering process. The curing time is about 2-3 hours at 20°C or 1 hour at 95°C, and mechanical stability is achieved after approximately 6 minutes.
The solder mask is also suitable for lead-free soldering applications and offers a shelf life of up to 12 months. This makes it an ideal choice for technical applications where reliability and precision are required.
