Electrolube introduces the HPA conformal coating in a 200 ml spray can, designed for the highest demands in the defense industry as well as aerospace. This high-performance acrylic conformal coating is characterized by its quick drying time and flexibility, which allows it to maintain its outstanding properties even under extreme conditions.
The transparent nature of the coating ensures optical clarity, ideal for use in LED applications in demanding environments. The coating can be versatilely applied by spraying, dipping, or brushing and offers excellent adhesion on various substrates. Particularly practical for quality control is the integrated UV trace, which allows for simplified inspection.
The HPA conformal coating meets important standards such as MIL-1-46058C and IPC-CC-830 and is RoHS compliant. Additionally, it can be easily removed with solvents such as Ultrasolve (ULS). With a shelf life of up to three years when properly stored, this conformal coating offers a long-term solution for demanding applications.
