The silicone-based thermal paste HTSP01K from Electrolube offers outstanding thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m.K and is particularly suitable for applications that require high temperatures. This paste is characterized by its excellent anti-creep properties and a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C to +200 °C. The innovative composition with metal oxide powders (ceramic) ensures that the paste is not electrically conductive, thus minimizing the risk of leakage currents if it comes into contact with other components.The HTSP01K is economical and easy to use and shows low weight loss due to evaporation, which emphasizes its durability and efficiency. It is RoHS 2 compliant and thus environmentally friendly and safe for various technical applications.
