The HTCPX700G from Electrolube is a high-performance, silicone-free thermal paste specifically designed for applications requiring high thermal conductivity without the use of silicone. This paste features a thermal conductivity of 3.40 W/mK and uses ceramic metal oxide powders that are electrically non-conductive. This prevents fault currents and mechanical wear that could occur from contact with other components.The HTCPX700G is vibration-resistant and ideal for gap-filling applications. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C to +130 °C and is non-toxic due to its composition. The paste is easy to apply and economical, with a very low weight loss due to evaporation of the carrier oil, which enhances the product's longevity and efficiency.
Packaged in a 700g cartridge, the HTCPX700G ensures a shelf life of three years with proper storage. Ideal for technical applications where soldering issues caused by silicones need to be avoided.
