The cutting and bending machine TP6/PR-F/1 from Olamef is specifically designed for cutting, bending, and forming taped axial components. This robust basic machine is characterized by high reliability and is ideal for wire sizes between 0.5 and 0.9 mm. Equipped with a simplified bending adjustment, it significantly reduces setup times, which increases efficiency.
The machine has a width of 240 mm, a height of 220 mm, and a length of 490 mm. The weight is 14 kg, and it processes up to 7,000 components per hour. An adjustable motor drive can additionally be purchased to further enhance adaptability. A residual tape unwinder TNS/2 is also included in the delivery, which facilitates the handling of materials. Note that the machine is delivered without processing tools.
This machine is an excellent choice for technical requirements where precision and speed are paramount.

Cutting and bending machine for axial components, with crimping device

The TP 6 / PR-F cutting and bending machine can be used to cut, bend, and shape strapping, axial components. The robust construction of the machine ensures high reliability.

The TP 6 / PR-F is additionally equipped with a simplified bending angle adjustment, which significantly reduces setup times. An adjustable motor drive is recommended and available as an accessory. The residual strap winder TNS/2 is included in the delivery of the basic machine.
