The Double Groove Wall 600 reinforced by WEZ is a robust solution for handling circuit boards in production, storage, and transportation environments. With dimensions of 555 x 345 x 22 mm and aluminum reinforcement, this product offers high stability and is specifically designed for use in Euro containers.
The wall is made of black, electrostatically conductive polypropylene that complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, thus ensuring safe handling of electronic components. The design without a bottom stop allows for flexible use, supporting various configurations with a groove width of 3.5 mm and a groove spacing of 10.16 mm.
The product features 49 grooves with a groove depth of 2.5 mm and is temperature resistant between -20 °C and 80 °C. Weighing 1.62 kg, the Double Groove Wall is lightweight yet robust enough for daily use.

The double slotted wall 600 is a component of the WEZ Rack System 180 and is used for the safe storage and handling of PCBs.

  • Material: volume conductive polypropylene
  • Complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
  • Available as unreinforced and reinforced version
  • Available with open groove ends to allow the PCBs to slide through, or as bottom stop variants for secure fixing of the PCBs
  • Inlet bevels facilitate insertion and optional clip-on groove locks secure unused grooves.
  • Suitable for 600 x 400 mm containers
  • Holds a maximum of 49 PCBs with an insertion dimension of up to 320 mm
