The Groove Wall 600 reinforced by WEZ offers a robust and ESD-compliant solution for handling circuit boards in production environments, storage, and during transport. This specially designed groove wall measures 555 x 180 x 22 mm and is constructed without a floor stop, which allows for easy implementation. The product is made of black, volume-conductive polypropylene, ensuring compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and enabling safe use in sensitive electronic environments.
The groove wall features 49 grooves with a width of 3.5 mm and a depth of 2.5 mm, spaced 10.16 mm apart, to provide optimal adaptation to various circuit board sizes. With a temperature resistance from -20 to 80 °C and a weight of 0.77 kg, this product is ideally suited for both mobile and stationary applications. The reinforced design ensures increased durability and reliability under various operating conditions.

Slotted wall 600 / 625

The slotted wall 600 is a component of the WEZ Rack System 180 and is used for the safe storage and handling of PCBs.

  • Material: volume conductive polypropylene
  • Complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
  • Available as reinforced version
  • Available with open groove ends to allow the PCBs to slide through, or as bottom stop variants for secure fixing of the PCBs
  • Inlet bevels facilitate insertion and optional clip-on groove locks secure unused grooves.
  • Suitable for 600 x 400 mm containers
  • Holds a maximum of 49 PCBs with an insertion dimension of up to 320 mm
