The CORTRONIC partition container, manufactured by Kolb, provides an optimal solution for the secure storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. With its internal dimensions of 493 x 390 x 166 mm and an external dimension of 510 x 410 x 175 mm, the container is specifically designed for high demands in terms of electrostatic shielding. The surface has a resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm, making it an effective protection against electrostatic discharges.
The container is made from electrostatically conductive and sealed corrugated cardboard, which is additionally coated on the outside with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating. This ensures long-lasting use and robustness under various environmental conditions. Moreover, the product is fully recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly option.
With a total of 20 compartments, which can be flexibly adjusted by removing 9 short and 3 long partitions, the container offers variable compartment sizes for different requirements. The included lid further protects the contents from dust and other environmental influences.
This black partition container is not only practical but also features an ESD warning print that indicates the protective properties of the container.

CORTRONIC Partition container

CORTRONIC corrugated cardboard containers are characterized by their robust construction and sophisticated design. By removing short or long bars, it is possible to change the compartment sizes. The basic version can thus be converted into versions A, B or C.

The containers have the following common features:

  • black
  • including lid
  • electrostatically dissipative coating and sealing on the inside and outside
  • water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • interior/exterior surface resistance: RS = 107 - 108 Ohm
  • high shielding properties
  • electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag test)
  • recyclable
  • with ESD warning imprint
