Cavity material PP (weight-saving)

These partition inserts made of extruded polypropylene with a cavity material profile protect your components and assemblies from electrostatic discharge during storage and transportation. They allow electronic components to be transported and stored in an orderly manner and in layers. In combination with interlayers and Euro containers, they are ideal for transporting ESD-sensitive components. Discover now.

Extruded polypropylene with a cavity material profile impresses with its high abrasion resistance and low weight. The material is electrostatically conductive and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.

All partition walls can be fitted with any number of viewing cut-outs, as well as recessed grips for easier removal of the stored components. In addition, the partition walls can be customized to suit any application. This means that non-standardized containers can also be fitted with compartments. Customized printing is also possible. The following thicknesses are available: 3.0 mm (weight 600g/m²) and 3.5 mm extra stable (weight 800g/m²).
