The PP web wall from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, offers an optimal solution for the transport and storage of electrostatically sensitive components with a length of 553 mm, a height of 180 mm, and a grid of 14 mm. The extruded polypropylene used, featuring a hollow chamber profile, is not only abrasion-resistant and lightweight but also volume conductive according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, ensuring reliable protection against uncontrolled electrostatic discharges.
The web wall is available in black and has a surface weight of 600 g/m². It is specifically designed for Euro containers of size 600 x 400 mm, with a standard thickness of 3 mm; an adjustment to 3.5 mm is possible upon request. With 31 slots and an outer web of approximately 10 mm, this product enables efficient subdivision and secure storage of your components. Additionally, the web wall can be equipped with viewing and grip cutouts to facilitate the removal of components and can be customized and printed according to customer specifications.
Ideal for structured and secure handling of ESD-sensitive components, the PP web wall can be flexibly integrated into existing storage and transport systems.

These extruded polypropylene partitions with a cavity profile protect your components and assemblies from uncontrolled electrostatic discharge during storage and transportation. They enable the organized and layered transport and storage of electronic components. In combination with interlayers and Euro containers, they are ideal for transporting ESD-sensitive components. Extruded polypropylene with a cavity profile impresses with its high abrasion resistance and low weight. The material is electrostatically conductive and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.

The partitions can be fitted with any number of viewing cut-outs and recessed grips to make it easier to remove the stored components. In addition, the partition walls can be customized and printed to suit any application.
