ESD safety shoe HANKO XXNF Black/Blue Low

The ESD safety shoe HANKO XXNF Black/Blue by Elten from the NEWFEEL series is specially designed for use in demanding work environments. This low shoe combines the latest technologies and materials to ensure both safety and comfort. The upper is made of breathable mesh, while the lining is made of textile, making the shoe extremely comfortable to wear.
The integrated midsole made of eTPU and the innovative Infinergy^® technology from BASF provide excellent shock absorption and energy return. This supports the entire musculoskeletal system - from the heel to the lower back - and thus also makes long workdays easier. A lightweight carbon toe cap and a metal-free puncture protection reliably protect against external influences. The robust rubber outsoles guarantee optimal slip resistance (SR) and stability.
Available in sizes 36-48 and in the color combination Black/Blue, the shoe offers a wide selection for every need. Additionally, the insoles are replaceable and there is the option to use orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191. The lace-up closure ensures a personalized fit, regardless of the wearer's gender.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible. Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
