Molded foam for footpring - orthopedic insoles
The offered foam for footprints is designed for the individual production of orthopedic insoles, which are specifically developed for use in certified safety shoes according to DGUV rule 112-191 and the ESD standard EN 61340-5-1. These standards ensure that only tested modifications to safety shoes are allowed to ensure occupational safety and ESD functionality.The foam allows for a precise impression of the foot to be created by simply stepping on it, which is then used to manufacture the insoles. This process guarantees that the insoles are precisely adapted to the individual foot shape, thus offering optimal comfort and protection.
Available in sizes 36 to 47, the foam can be requested individually and free of charge in connection with the orthopedic insoles DPV-3550. After creating the footprint, it can be sent back along with a possible private prescription to further customize the insoles. After completion by an orthopedic shoemaker or the manufacturer, you will receive the certified insoles back, which continue to meet the safety requirements.

Orthopedic insoles -Â it's as easy as that:Â
- Check if the shoe you use is certified.
- Request the molded foam for your footprint.
- After receiving the molded foam create the imprint of your foot  by setting your foot carefully in the molded foam.
- Do you have a private prescription? Put it in a closed envelop and add it to the molded foam with your footprint. So, the insole can be adapted more individually and more precisely to your foot.
- Return the molded foam with your footprint to us or give it to an orthopedic shoe technician.

When returning the molded foam, the following informations are necessary for fabricating the insoles:
shoe model with size and name of the insole wearer - After shoe finishing you will receive your insole either from Orthopädie-Schuhtechnik Granget or us. So, you still wear a certfied work shoe.
All shoes with this icon have been certified by the respective manufacturer according to the DGUV standard 121-191:
