The JALAS E-Sport 2615 is a high-quality ESD safety shoe, designed for demanding work environments in the manufacturing, logistics, and automotive industries. This shoe combines functionality with comfort and safety, ideal for professional use.
The model is characterized by its durable upper made of split leather and PU-coated sections, which guarantee water repellency and longevity. The aluminum toe cap and the flexible, textile-based puncture-resistant insert meet the S3S safety class and provide reliable protection. The PU outsole not only offers excellent slip resistance (SR) but also special Ladder Grip for safe work on ladders.
The orthopedic insoles of the FX2 Classic type comply with the standard DGUV 112-191, optimally support the foot, and contribute to high wearing comfort. Available in sizes 36 to 47 and in classic black, this lace-up shoe offers an excellent fit and is an ideal choice for safety-conscious individuals in dynamic industrial sectors.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10⁵ to 3.5 x 10⁷ ohms.

Safety class S3S

Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure), a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Aluminum toe cap

Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.

Slip resistance SR

The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.

Penetration protection/midsole metal-free

The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.

DGUV 112-191

The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.

Ergothan

Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.

Stabilizer

Extra rigid construction with stabilizer in the arch area that reduces the risk of sprains. Available on shoes with RPU, nitrile and TPU in the outsole.
