CORproTRONIC shipping box 100x60x15mm with napped foam

The CORproTRONIC shipping box E-Prom, manufactured by Kolb, is specifically designed for the protection and safe transport of sensitive electronic components. This box is a direct successor to the model COR-10.TEP.NO and is characterized by its precise dimensions of 104 x 63 x 20 mm outside and 100 x 60 x 15 mm inside.
The interior is lined with a 10 mm thick conductive nubbed foam, which not only conducts electricity but also possesses excellent shielding properties. The surface resistance ranges between 10^7 and 10^9 Ω, making the box ideal for transporting electrostatically sensitive components.
In addition, the box offers visual and functional optimization through its color scheme in black (outside) and blue (inside) and the standard print, which includes an ESD warning label, the type designation, and the recycling symbol. The long-lasting color stability and electrostatic shielding under 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test) guarantee reliable use over extended periods.

CORproTRONIC shipping box TEP

These CORproTRONIC shipping boxes are the successors to the CORTRONIC E-Prom series and are specially designed for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. The shipping boxes in this product family are available either without foam or with electrically conductive foam for pin insertion (6 mm PE or PU) or with napped foam (10 mm).

They have the following common features:

  • Interior color: blue
  • Exterior color: black (NEW)
  • Long-lasting color fastness
  • Surface resistance RS = 107 - 109 Ω (NEW)
  • High shielding properties
  • Electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag Test)
  • Standard imprint: ESD warning imprint, type designation, recycling symbol.
