HIGHSHIELD air bubble bags 130 x 200 mm
The HIGHSHIELD bubble wrap bags measuring 130 x 200 mm are ideal for protecting sensitive components from electrostatic discharges. These bags are made from a three-layer structure, with both the outer and inner surfaces crafted from smooth HIGHSHIELD and PERMASTAT® film. They ensure a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm and provide electrostatic shielding of less than 5 nJ, according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The bags are recyclable and come without any print, making them suitable for a variety of applications. With an additional flap of 50 mm, they are not sealable or resealable, but are specifically designed for single use. The Highshield material combined with Permastat ensures the necessary conductivity and shielding to safely transport and store sensitive products.
Note on ESD Measurement:
To obtain a reliable measurement result, the resistance measurement should be performed without trapped air. Without the air cushioning, the necessary contact area of the electrodes on the material is provided, which delivers a precise measurement result. Measurements with air gaps can lead to deviating values.
