CARBOSTAT air bubble film 600 mm x 100 m 0.1 mm

The CARBOSTAT air cushion film is a high-quality, three-layer copolymer film characterized by its permanent volume conductivity. With a width of 600 mm and a roll length of 100 m, it offers a total area of 60 m². The film has a thickness of 0.1 mm and a black color without any print. It is ideal for applications that must comply with ESD protection standards according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, as both the surface and volume resistance are at 10^4 Ω.
The air cushion film is recyclable and easy to handle due to its weldability. It is not resealable, which should be considered when using it. The durability of the film is unlimited with proper storage, making it a long-lasting choice. The smooth outer and inner sides, along with technical features such as a nub height of 4 mm and a nub diameter of 10 mm, complete the profile of this special protective film.
