CARBOSTAT packaging bags 300 x 400 mm

The CARBOSTAT packaging bags measuring 300 x 400 mm offer an effective solution for the safe packaging of electrostatically sensitive products. These bags are made from a permanently volume-conductive copolymer material that is not only recyclable but also provides excellent protection against electrostatic discharges.
The bags have a surface resistance and a volume resistance of less than 1 x 10^4 Ohm and meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-3. They are not resealable, but are weldable, ensuring secure storage and transport.
Each bag carries the standard print, which includes the type designation, the ESD warning symbol, the recycling symbol, and the LOT number. The thickness of the bags is 0.08 mm and they are supplied in cartons of 1000 pieces each. Their durability is unlimited, provided they are stored properly. The black color underscores the professional appearance and facilitates integration into existing storage and production environments.
