Kapton adhesive dots 6 mm

The Kapton adhesive dots with a diameter of 6 mm are made from high-temperature resistant polyimide film and are excellent as solder masking dots. Each roll contains 1,000 of these brown-transparent adhesive dots, which are equipped with a robust silicone adhesive. The total thickness of the dots, including adhesive, is about 0.070 mm. These adhesive dots are designed for use in demanding environments, as they can withstand heat up to 240°C for 10 minutes and briefly up to 260°C. Their thermal class is specified at H 180°C, qualifying them for numerous industrial applications. Ideal for technical buyers who need reliable and high-performance materials for high-temperature applications.
