4-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 1000 x 600 mm

The 4-tier cart ESD by Fetra, with a loading area of 1000x600 mm, is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry. This multi-tier cart is ideal for transport, material handling, and order picking tasks and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The construction is made of welded steel tube and profile steel, is electrostatically dissipative, and powder-coated in slate gray RAL 7015. The four shelves are made of HPL composite board and are also electrostatically dissipative.
The total height of the cart is 1552 mm, and it has a load capacity of 600 kg, with each of the four tiers able to carry up to 50 kg. The dimensions are 1169 x 609 x 1552 mm (LxWxH), and the tier heights are arranged at 276, 676, 1076, and 1476 mm. The cart is equipped with two swivel and two fixed casters made of TPE-ESD with a diameter of 200 mm, ensuring high mobility and stability.
Additionally, Fetra's innovative braking system, which is available as an optional extra, ensures safe handling by allowing simple engagement and release with just one footstep. The surface resistance is between 10^5 - 10^7 Ω, highlighting the electrostatic dissipative capability.
