4-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 850 x 500 mm

The 4-tier cart ESD by Fetra, with a load area of 850 x 500 mm, is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry. This model offers an optimal solution for transport, material handling, and picking tasks, meeting the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The construction of electrostatically dissipative powder-coated steel tube and profile steel in slate grey RAL 7015 ensures stability and durability. The shelves made of HPL composite panel in light grey are also electrostatically dissipative.
The total height of the cart is 1511 mm and it features four tiers at heights of 235, 635, 1035, and 1435 mm. The load capacity of the cart is 500 kg, with each load area capable of supporting up to 50 kg. Mobility is ensured by two steering and two fixed casters with TPE-ESD tires (diameter 160 mm) and locks on the steering casters.
An optionally available TOTALSTOP central braking system by Fetra further enhances safety by effectively blocking the rotation and swiveling of the wheels. The surface resistance of the cart ranges between 10^5 and 10^7 Ohm, confirming its electrostatic dissipative ability.
