The ESD material stand from Fetra is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry and provides an optimal solution for handling plastic boxes, steel sheet boxes, and wire baskets. This model is characterized by its electrical conductivity and is ideal for transport, material handling, and picking tasks. The robust construction is made of profile steel and tube, equipped with a steel sheet platform that has a 20 mm high, all-around edge.
The surface is electrostatically dissipative powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015, meeting the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The stand is height adjustable in 25 mm increments from 720 to 995 mm and offers a loading area of 605 x 405 mm. With a load capacity of 150 kg and a total weight of 17 kg, the cart is very mobile and easy to maneuver thanks to the four swivel casters with TPE-ESD tires and hubs with plain bearings. Two of the swivel casters are equipped with locks using Fetra's braking system, which also prevents lateral swiveling and works on all tire materials. The TOTALSTOP central braking system is optionally available, offering even greater safety.
