2-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 850 x 500 mm

The 2-tier ESD trolley from Fetra, with a load area of 850 x 500 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This model complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a load capacity of up to 500 kg. The cart is made from an electrically conductive steel tube frame, powder-coated in dark grey, and equipped with floors made of wood-based panel that meet the standards.
The sturdy construction with welded frame and screw and plug connections guarantees long-lasting use. The four wheels, two of which are steering and two fixed castors, are equipped with TPE-ESD tires and precision groove ball bearings, which allow minimal rolling resistance and quiet operation on flat floors.
The top load area can be loaded with up to 200 kg, while the total height of the cart is 867 mm and the tier heights vary between 235 mm and 867 mm. The surface resistance ranges between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, highlighting safety and efficiency in handling in ESD areas. Optionally, Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP braking system is available, which allows for central and secure braking.
