Pull rod ESD for ESD trolley

The drawbar from EPAmove, specifically designed for the transport dolly Type 100/101, is an indispensable accessory for efficient handling in industrial environments. With a grip length of 200 mm and a total length of 820 mm, this product provides optimal handling and control. The drawbar is compatible with various wheel variants of the transport dolly. Customers can choose between standard wheels, which may cause discoloration of the floor, and non-marking wheels that are equipped with a thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread. Both options are also available with a brake, with two of the four swivel casters having this feature. Additionally, the product meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The drawbar is manufactured by DPV, a company known for quality and reliability. With this drawbar, the transportation of materials is made safe and efficient.

Transport trolley type 101 with lock ESD

The transport trolley type 101 is available in several versions. A distinction is made between standard swivel castors and non-marking swivel castors, which are fitted with a thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread. All trolleys are equipped with 4 castors, 2 of which have brakes. Optionally, type 100 offers transport castors without locks. Type 121 is equipped with a bracket for better maneuverability of the transport trolley.

  • Galvanized metal construction
  • 4 conductive solid rubber swivel castors, black or grey (non-marking), load capacity 150 - 200 kg, quiet rolling characteristics
  • Wheel castor version, non-marking / ELS: Wheel center made of polypropylene, equipped with thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread, electrically conductive.
