ESD Light duty castor with thermoplastic rubber tread 650, load capacity 150 kg

The Blickle ESD equipment caster features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A. This ensures low rolling and swivel resistance as well as a mark-free operation, making it ideal for sensitive surfaces. The wheel body is made of robust, break-resistant polypropylene in black and provides a non-detachable, cohesive connection with the tread.
With a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 25 mm, the wheel supports a static load capacity of 150 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 60 kg in motion. The caster is equipped with a plain bearing and has an axle hole size of 8 mm and a hub length of 29.5 mm.
The ESD equipment caster complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers high chemical resistance to many aggressive agents as well as a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C. Note that the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
This product thus combines high functionality with reliable performance and is excellently suited for use in technically demanding environments where ESD protection and material resistance are required.
