ESD Light duty swivel castor with bolt hole - "stop-fix", load capacity 150 kg

The ESD-apparatus caster "stop-fix" 650 from Blickle, with a static load capacity of 150 kg, is distinguished by its robust construction and high functionality. The housing of the LRA series is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, blue passivated and Cr6-free, which ensures a long lifespan and minimal swivel bearing play. The double ball bearing in the swivel head allows for smooth operation.
The wheel of the TPA series is made from a high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer with a hardness of 85 Shore A and a break-resistant polypropylene wheel body. The gray, non-marking tread is oil-containing and offers very high chemical resistance against many aggressive media. The caster is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The caster meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive areas. With a wheel diameter of 100 mm, an overall height of 121 mm, and a width of 25 mm, this swivel caster is ideal for use in industrial applications where mobility and stability are required. The integrated brake increases safety and functionality.
