ESD Light duty swivel castor with bolt hole 550, load capacity 50 kg

The ESD device caster wheel with back hole 550 is specially designed for technical applications where electrostatic discharge (ESD) must be avoided. This model meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and has a load capacity of 50 kg. The housing is made of lightweight, pressed, and galvanized steel sheet and is equipped with a double ball bearing in the swivel head.
The wheel of the caster has a diameter of 75 mm and a width of 23 mm. The wheel body made of polypropylene, equipped with a ball bearing, and a tread made of black rubber ensure good running properties and electrical conductivity. The hardness of the tread is about 85 Shore A, which makes the wheel particularly resistant to abrasion.
The mounting is done via a back hole with a diameter of 10.2 mm. The design also includes a thread guard to ensure the durability and functionality of the wheel. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. This unbraked device caster wheel is a reliable choice for your ESD-sensitive transport requirements.
